1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To open a 456bat account you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity; (c) provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration; and (d) not be subject to any legal restriction that would make gambling unlawful in your place of residence or access.

By submitting your registration, you warrant that all information provided is truthful and accurate and that you are permitted to use online gaming services under the laws applicable to you. 456bat reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, address, or payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension or closure.

You may hold only one active 456bat account at any time. If you already hold an active account and attempt to open a second account, both accounts may be suspended and any bonus credits voided. If you close your account voluntarily and wish to reopen, please contact our support team.

2. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

456bat accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. All amounts are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 456bat does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which 456bat bears no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same method used for the corresponding deposit. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Verified accounts receive priority processing. 456bat aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 to 30 minutes for verified accounts using mobile wallet methods. Processing times for card withdrawals may be longer depending on the issuing bank.

456bat reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal above threshold amounts. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement. All funds deposited and wagered on the Platform must originate from sources lawfully owned by the account holder.

Any deposit made by a third party on behalf of an account holder will be rejected and refunded to its source. 456bat does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in the account holder's own name.

3. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

456bat offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers to eligible account holders. All bonuses are subject to the specific wagering requirements, minimum odds, game eligibility, and expiry periods stated at the time the bonus is awarded. General bonus rules that apply in the absence of specific terms are as follows:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 10 times before withdrawal unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are awarded in bonus credit and do not form part of your real-money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to the completion of wagering requirements.
• 456bat reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, BPL season, IPL, or Victory Day are subject to individual terms published at the time of each promotion. Past promotional terms do not create an obligation on 456bat to offer equivalent terms in future promotions.

4. Rules of Play and Betting

All games available on the 456bat Platform are operated under rules published within each respective game interface. For live casino games supplied by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and NetEnt, the rules of those studios apply in addition to these Terms. In the event of a conflict between studio rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

For sports betting, including cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, and other fixtures, 456bat publishes specific sports-betting rules governing void bets, settlement timing, in-play betting procedures, and result disputes. Those rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and 456bat.

All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. 456bat does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed wager except where a technical error on the part of 456bat caused an incorrect bet to be placed. In such cases, 456bat will investigate and resolve the matter at its sole discretion.

Where a game or match result is voided, unsettled bets on that event will be refunded to the account holder's real-money balance within a reasonable time of the void being confirmed.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 456bat Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any arrangement with other players or third parties to manipulate outcomes.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or attempting to use the Platform for money laundering.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Platform staff or other users via any support or communication channel.
• Attempting to access any other account, system component, or data not belonging to you.

456bat monitors Platform activity using automated systems and manual review. If prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, 456bat may freeze the account, withhold pending withdrawals, and conduct a full investigation before taking further action. Investigation outcomes are final and binding.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

456bat is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all users. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from within every account's settings dashboard:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
• Session time reminders and automatic session limits.
• Cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Full self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission. During a self-exclusion period, the excluded account will not receive any marketing communications and will be blocked from logging in. In all cases, 456bat enforces the minimum age of 21 years. Any account suspected of being operated by a person under 21 will be suspended immediately pending age verification.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 456bat Platform — including but not limited to logos, trade marks, game interfaces, software, text, images, graphics, audio, and video — is the property of 456bat or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 456bat. Scraping, data mining, or systematic extraction of any content from the Platform is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

456bat collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 456bat, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; (c) interruptions to the Platform caused by technical failures, maintenance, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, or telecommunications outages.

456bat makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk. In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential damages, the above limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 456bat Platform shall first be submitted to 456bat's customer support team for resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, both parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation.

11. Amendments and Severability

456bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amended Terms are effective immediately upon being posted to the Platform. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Failure by 456bat to enforce any provision of these Terms at any time shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision or of any other right or remedy available to 456bat.
